About OurClassMate

Membership, contribution and governance software for old students associations in Ghana.

OurClassMate gives an old students association one place to know who its members are, collect and account for contributions, and run its affairs in the open. It replaces the WhatsApp group and the spreadsheet that most associations still depend on.

What it does

• Verified membership. Each member gets an association-issued member ID, organised by class and house, so the register can be trusted.
• Contributions and receipts. Dues and other contributions are recorded against members, paid by mobile money where the association enables it, and confirmed with official receipts.
• Governance. Elections, executive positions, announcements and an audit log of who changed what.
• A member network. A directory, group chat and opportunities board, so the association stays useful after graduation.

Who it is for

Executives, treasurers and secretaries of old students associations (sometimes called OSAs, old boys or old girls associations, or alumni associations), and the members they serve. Each association has its own separate workspace: its data is never shown to another association.

Who runs it

OurClassMate is a product of MoveOnline Digital, based in Accra, Ghana. Questions about the service, privacy or a partnership can go to onboard@ourclassmate.com; see the contact page.
